just moved our plotter printer from one site to another . 

came to recommission  it and screen says damaged cartridge . replaced cartridge but still same message.

where the cartridge's fit it was very wet with ink. wear do we go from here ?

 

Printer seems to have sustained minor damage to casing in transit but not directly to the area where cartridges fit. 

wondering if we need to make a better job of cleaning up the ink ?
