Product: HP Envy 7800series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

IAM  having problems with my HP Envy 7800 series. I put a new Tricolor cartridge in and it says ink cartridge error. Per trouble shooting I removed cartridge and cleaned the contacts on the cartridge and in the printer. Still get the message and tried turning off printer and turning on again. Still get message.

If you insert your old tri-color ink, do you still get the error message?
