i have a 8600 and i just purchased some HP ink from office depot, i have only used Hp ink in my printer. the cyan cartridge is saying it is either damaged  or defective and need to be replaced.. I went to office depot and they would not allow me to return it, because it was open. since there is a warranty on the cartridge how do i get a replacement from HP?

 

I noticed that there are some printers that the ink cartridge of cyan and yellow was affect by the firmware update? I truly believe this is the problem with mine, but my printer was not listed.  and i have attempted to try to print in black and white only but it will not allow me too? HELP
