IAM having problems with my HP Envy 7800 series. I put a new Tricolor cartridge in and it says ink cartridge error. Per trouble shooting I removed cartridge and cleaned the contacts on the cartridge and in the printer. Still get the message and tried turning off printer and turning on again. Still get message.
