hi my printer keeps telling me to install the SETUP ink cartridges but i dont have those as they ran out so i bought new ones. i have got a new laptop so im setting it up to the printer but i cant now use the SETUP ink as i dont have them ... any ideas

For the HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer, encountering a message to install "SETUP" cartridges can occur during the initial setup or when connecting a printer to a new device. Since you no longer have the setup cartridges, you can try these steps.
Reset the Printer:
- Unplug the printer from the power source while it’s still on.
- Wait about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes help reset the error message.
Remove and Reinsert New Cartridges:
- Take out the new cartridges and reinsert them to ensure they’re seated correctly.
- Restart the printer to see if it recognizes the new cartridges.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause cartridge recognition issues. Check if there’s a firmware update available for your HP ENVY 6032 using the HP Smart app on your new laptop.
Reinstall the Printer Software:
- Go to your laptop’s “Settings,” remove the printer from your devices, and reinstall it using the HP Smart app to ensure the most recent drivers and settings are in place.
