HP Recommended

I get an error message that there is an ink problem at the printer head. I removed the print cartridge attachment area and ink has leaked allover the unit.  Not easy to clean.  Does the unit need to be replaced?

The ink leakage is not normal in any printer and this is considered to be a hardware issue that requires servicing of the printer.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
