I have purchased an ink toner for my hp neverstop printer. I had filled the ink in the printer. but the printer is not showing that the ink is filled. so, I request to send a new toner or a refund.

If you've purchased an ink toner for your HP Neverstop printer and it's not registering as filled, there are a few steps you can take before requesting a replacement or refund:

Check Installation: Ensure that the ink toner was installed correctly. Sometimes improper installation can lead to the printer not recognizing the ink level.

Restart Printer: Try restarting your printer. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve communication issues between the printer and the new ink toner.

Clean Contacts: Check the contacts on both the printer and the ink toner cartridge for any dirt, dust, or debris. Cleaning them gently with a soft cloth or cotton swab may help improve connectivity.

Update Firmware/Drivers: Make sure that your printer's firmware and drivers are up to date. Sometimes outdated software can cause compatibility issues with new ink cartridges.

 

If issue still persists please connect with the phone team they can help you with the replacement.

1. Click on this link -  https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
