All cartridges are full, diagnostics have been run, printer heads have been cleaned, cartridge is inserted correctly but blue ink wil not print. Everything comes out yellow, pink or orange. I've removed printer from computer and added it back on.  I've tried every option in print fix it.  Any suggestions?

@sixsevan, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the printer is not printing blue. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

No need to reinstall the printer driver as this seems to be a hardware issue.

If the issue persists, it could be the blue ink cartridge or the printhead. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
