Ink or toner levels shown in the HP printer software are estimates calculated from usage. These estimates become less accurate under the following conditions.

You are not using genuine HP ink or toner.

A remanufactured, refilled, or used cartridge is installed.

The printer uses ink tanks instead of cartridges.

The printer has undergone a full hardware reset.
If you still have concerns, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
