Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I Ordered ink on May 24, 2023 Amazon. When put in 6978 printer got message older generation and would not work. Would like  to get proper ink in set part no HP 902 / 902Xl (T0a39an) Ink Cartridges (Cyan Magenta Yellow Black) 4-Pack in Retail Packaging. Printer Ordered on August 3, 2017 Ron

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer ink cartridges.

 

Kindly refer to the step "Older Generation Cartridge message" from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
