Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that your printer is not printing in color, I am glad to assist you.
Did you make a copy and check if that works fine?
Meanwhile:-
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page
On the printer control panel, swipe left, and then touch Setup 
.
Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
If that does not print fine, follow the steps mentioned in this HP document for further assistance:- Click here
