instant ink charging too much

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

A few months ago I cancelled my instant ink plan because I was getting charged 6-8 times per month, different charges each for instant ink. I was going to re-enroll todays, I have been unable to update my plan but as soon as I updated my billing info I have received 4 emails with 4 CHARGES!!!! All different amounts!! What is going on???? this is the biggest scam I have encountered, How do I demand my money returned??
