HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

My instant colour ink cartridge is no longer working. Only some yellow ink comes out.  I have tried cleaning the heads a few times but it still does not work. Given the cartridge still shows as almost full, can I get instant ink to send me a new cartridge or can I purchase one to replace it?

I understand how frustrating it must be to have your color cartridge not working properly, especially when it still shows as nearly full.

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having the issues, I would need a few details.
