instant ink free trial

hp envy 6032
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently bought the HP envy 6032 series printer and enrolled on the HP instant ink for my 5 months free trial, however when I go into my account it is not showing any free months on my account. 

 

Please could somebody provide me with information on how I can solve this.
