Poštovani,
PrImio sam paket sa instant ulošcima i nakon postavljanja javlja mi grešku da žute boje uopće nema, a Cijan je pri kraju.
Molim Vas možete li mi pomoći što da radim jer printer ovako neće da radi. Probao sam resetirati pisač isključivanjem napajanja i učitana je posljednja verzija firmwarea.
Pisać je OfficeJet Pro 8730 i Windows 10 Pro. pokušao sam izabrati iz padajučih izbornika, ali nisam uspio.
