Product: HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

recently installed new cartridges in my printed.  after installation I did a check ink level for new cartridges.  On report all color cartridges (cyan, magenta and yellow) and the 564xl black cartridges showed up in report as full.  the black 564xl photo showed as a blank.  I have tried everything and still cannot see this cartridge on report.  has anyone had this problem and found solution.  these are all new cartridges
