keep getting error message to replace ink cartridge

HP Recommended
HP ENVY 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I have REPLACED my ink cartridge TWICE and keep getting ERROR message that i need to replace it!

I bought the cartridges from 2 different sources

Please help!

I understand that need to know that print black and white print will the color cartridge is also used.
