Hi There,

The magenta won't print anymore. I have put in a new cartridge and done the clean but no luck.

Model name: HP Officejet Pro 6960.
Serial Number of the printer: [Personal Information Removed]
Product number of the printer: FPU: J733-64003 / HP inc
Country where printer is located : Australia
Operating system of the PC Windows 10

Does it show up when you do a copy from the printer?
