HI 

I put this up two times, I am new to the community maybe I am not doing this correctly so will try one more time.

Having printing issues HP 8710 no black

New cartridge Put through printer clean cycle

Called HP went through another clean and reboot

Still no black 

Other colors are good.

Gong to try and manually clean. Watched video by HP says to uses hot distilled or filtered water, soak the printhead.

ALso watched a video not by HP that uses the syringe.

Thoughts would be helpful
