@anto58, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your 3834 print!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand that your HP OfficeJet 3834 All-in-One Printer is printing with an excessive green tint. Let’s go through some basic troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue.

Check Ink Levels

  1. On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup > Tools > Estimated Ink Levels.
  2. If any ink levels are low, consider replacing the cartridges.

Clean Printhead

  1. On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Tools > Clean Printhead.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions and print a test page to check for improvements.

Print a Diagnostic Report

  1. Open Setup > Reports > Print Quality Report.
  2. Check if any colors are missing or misaligned.

Manually Align the Printhead

  1. On the control panel, navigate to Setup > Tools > Align Printhead.
  2. Follow the prompts to complete the alignment.

Reinstall the Printer Driver

  1. Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click your HP printer and select Remove Device.
  3. Download and install the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

If the issue persists after these steps, let me know! You can also try printing a test page from a different application or device to check if the problem is software-related.

Looking forward to your update! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Grazie a tutti
