Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy Photo 7858 printer. All of a sudden the Cyan is not printing. I noticed it in printing photos. It started after 5 previous photos printered correctly.

I have run the clean cartridge steps 4 times. Cyan does not show up at all. When I run a report Cyan does show up, with strips. 

I have replaced the cartridge with a new HP tri color ink cartridge. 

I have not looked for any updates yet. 

Any further suggestions I might tr?
