My 6978 printer is not printing in black even though it does print in color, I have tried two brand new HP 902XL cartridges and neither produces an image. The issue came up suddenly within one page where the print began as normal, changed in the middle to light streaks from alternate sides and finishing with no print. I have also put it through the three levels of print head cleaning without getting a B&W image.
