How to bypass enrollment in Instant Ink for my Officejet 9012. Saying the 2 new cartridges I just bought and installed aren't registered in Instant Ink

Thank you for reaching out! To assist you better, I need a few details:

 

  1. Is this a new printer you are trying to set up, or was it previously enrolled in HP Instant Ink?
  2. If it was enrolled before, is your Instant Ink subscription still active or canceled?
  3. Are you using standard HP ink cartridges or Instant Ink cartridges?
  4. Please send me the email address associated with your Instant Ink account in a private message so I can check the status and guide you accordingly.
