my envy 7134 keeps telling me to take out the black cartridge and replace it, done that but still won't print black. I've tried the "remove the power chord routine" but it still doesn't work. can anyone please help?

@ukulelebill, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print due to this error. To assist you better,
- Are you using HP ink cartridges?
- Try making a standalone copy and check if that prints in black. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
- where did you buy the ink cartridge from?
For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
If there is no error but you are not able to print in black, clean the ink cartridges and print a quality page to check the result as shown in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
