HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

I'm getting the error code: 06x00004a on my printer, which says paper jam. I have no paper jam. When I open my printer to remove my cartridges, my ink cartridges are suck on the right side and I can't manually move them.

Hi @ericav41212,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with error code: 06x00004a.

This looks like a hardware issue.

If you have performed all the steps from this document for Paper Jam, and since you mentioned that there is a carriage jam as well, I recommend you contact phone support.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
