my pictures, it states will work only in monochrome

Tried many setting changes to stop the conflict message, to no avail.

will print color on scan or test page.

Keeps telling me will only print my pics in monochrome because of  my settings

Hi @farkel2 

1. Install the following utility to fix this issue:

• >> HP Print and Scan Doctor - patch version

2.    Run and select the option for "Fix Printing"

3. Restart the computer and try again to print in Color.

* Click on YES button   to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
