Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

 

I understand you are facing a print quality issue with your printer.

 

Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.

 

  1. Check ink levels and fill ink tanks
  2. Make sure you are using the correct paper for your print job
  3. Check the print settings
  4. Check for ink smears on the back of printouts
  5. Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page, and then evaluate the results.
  6. Clean the printheads
  7. Align the printheads
