Why did my printer stop printing in color on my iMac?

Hi @SirChancelot,

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an issue printer started printing in b/w...no color with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

May I know

1. Since when are you facing this issue

2. Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed any light blinking on the display and any error code

3, May I know if you are using genuine cartridges
