My printer will only print black and blue ink

@Deborah-52, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is not printing all the colors. Are you using HP ink cartridges?

Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Clean the printhead up to 2 times and print a quality report to check the result.

Ensure the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
