Product: hp envy 4500 all in one series printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my HP ENVY 4500 ALL IN ONE SERIES  Is npt printing out complete photos It is cutting off heads on 8 by 5 by 11 photo paper  but i does fine on regular typing paper and suggestions please help thank you. same exact size why.

@terri60, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If you are trying to print a borderless photo, this printer cannot print borderless photos. It will have a margin of 3.0 mm on all 4 sides. Refer to product specifications for more info.

 

Are you able to print the same picture on regular paper fine?

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Refer to this document to know how to print photos from your PC.

Check the print settings and the preview on the app you are using to print.
