HP deskjet 3752

I got a new in box HP deskjet 3752. It will not print color or black ink. Ink cartridges are full, are HP. The diagnostics online are "fine"....the alignment and the cleaning test report fine despite nothing printing out on the actual page! Help me please!

Hi @marketplaceflop,

I'd like to help!

I understand the printeer is printing blank pages.

To assist  better-

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

3)What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. Load plain white paper in the tray.

  2. Print the report from the HP Smart app or the full feature printer software.

    • Windows: Search Windows for your printer name to open HP Printer Assistant. Click Maintain Your Printer, select the Device Services tab, and then click Print Quality Diagnostics Page to print the report.

    • Mac: From the Applications > HP folder, select HP Utility. Click Print Quality Diagnostics, and then click Print to print the report.

    • Android, iOS: Go to to install the HP Smart app on your device. After you add the printer, click the picture of your printer. The report is located under Printer Reports, or in Advanced Settings > Tools > Utilities > Print Quality Toolbox.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
