Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Just bought this Printer from a Microcenter and was setting up and got the indicated cartridge is not communicating error message for the yellow cartridge and i've already take it out and put it back in and even removed the whole head with the gray lever it has to remove it. again this brand new out the box
