Product: HP DeskJet 2720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New black xl ink cartridge inserted - no ink coming through at all despite saying it is full - multiple cartridge head cleans did nothing, these are expensive - what can i do or how can i get a replacement?
