Printer states Ink Cartridge Problem - Removed and reinstalled the indicated ink cartridge. This is a new pack of black and coloured ink cartridges. I tried all the recommended fixes and nothing worked. I put an old, almost empty, color ink cartridge and the printer started working. I assume the new print cartridges are defective. How do I get a replacement cartridge. I'm an Instant Ink Customer
