Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

I haven't used my printer in ages but all of a sudden it won't print with any ink. I've tried replacing the ink cartridge but same issue. HP Smart shows that it does have ink. I've tried detaching the power for 30 seconds and making sure that I have the latest drivers installed but no luck. Any ideas?
