i just bought a cord to use this printrr which is a piece of junk. not like my old office jet. cartridge holder down clip broken off somewhere. i had this in storage while i moved. cant get any support. and why on earth they try to het money to print? i am NOT paying to print what i just realized to get the manual!!! u cant even fill out online for contact.  stupid virtual   ready to junk this and have used like no more than 3 times in one year. of course expired warranty. JUNK

Click here to download/view the User Guide. If the cartridge holder is damaged, the printer has to be serviced/replaced.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

I don't understand. This is a damage done to the printer and has to be replaced. Contact the HP Support team for assistance.
