This question has already been asked and not answered so I don't know what good it will do and, of course, my super expensive printer is out of warranty.

My Laser Jet Pro M255dw is not printing bold colors.  Black is fine, but everything else is like a pastel.  I have tried all of the recommendations.  I switched the ink, I cleaned it multiple times. I reset to factory settings, I restarted it, I updated and restarted it.  Nothing is working.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and the issue persists after installing new ink toners and driver updates, then this printer might need service. 

 

I recommend you contact phone support for repair/service options.
