When printing from my laptop my pages are off center. When I use the HP smart and print from my phone, they are fine. I have followed all instruction to clean the heads, align the heads, etc. Any ideas whats going on?

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
