ordered overnite two toner cartridges/colors, received only one; need tracking number for other

If you ordered two toner cartridges and only received one, it's essential to follow up promptly to ensure you receive the missing item. Here's what you can do:

Check Shipping Confirmation Email: Look for the shipping confirmation email you received when you placed your order. This email typically contains the tracking numbers for all items in your order. The tracking number for the missing toner cartridge should be listed there.

 

Check Order Confirmation: If you can't find the shipping confirmation email, check your order confirmation or receipt. It may contain information about the expected delivery dates and tracking numbers.

 

I request you talk to HP Phone Support Sales team and they will help you to sort it

 

1. Click on this link -  https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
