Hi @pawarkunal1497,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand that you're experiencing an issue with your HP LaserJet MFP M436n printer when printing AutoCAD drawings, where the printed output doesn't match the intended dimensions. I can offer you some troubleshooting steps and suggestions to help you address the problem.

  • Check Printer Settings: Make sure your printer settings are correctly configured for printing CAD drawings. Set the paper size, orientation, and other print settings in AutoCAD to match your printer's settings.
  • Calibrate Your Printer: Some printers offer calibration options to ensure that printed output matches the intended dimensions. Check your printer's user manual for instructions on how to calibrate it for precise printing.
  • Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed for your HP LaserJet MFP M436n. Visit the HP website and download and install the most recent drivers if necessary.
  • Paper Quality and Size: Verify that you are using the correct paper type and size for your CAD drawings. Using the wrong paper can lead to scaling issues.
  • AutoCAD Plot Settings: Double-check your AutoCAD plot settings. Ensure that the scale is set correctly and that the plot style and plot scale are accurately configured.
  • Test Print: Before printing your final drawings, perform a test print to ensure the dimensions match your expectations. Adjust the settings as needed based on the results of the test print.
  • Scaling Factors: In AutoCAD, you can apply scaling factors in the plot dialogue box to adjust the output dimensions. Make sure these factors are correctly set if needed.
  • AutoCAD Support: AutoCAD has a dedicated support system, and you can also contact them for guidance on printing issues within their software.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with your printer's output not matching the dimensions of your AutoCAD drawings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
