Product: HP DeskJet GT 5820 All-in-One Printer

I have recently change the black printhead/cartridge brand new on my GT5820 because the light of the black start to flash and the procedure to clean the old did not work; but the printer still with the error.

 

It shows pen right chute has error (3) after reset; i do not want to buy a new one;

 

I tried with clean as you recommend in a previous posts using coffee filter and water; and also with a clothe... it did not work. Also with the new cartridge... and still not working.

 

Is there any way to check if it is a circuit problem ?, or other advance procedure ?.
