My printer is saying there is a bad cartridge, just replaced the yellow with one from Instant Ink. The black appears empty on my computer screen but Hp is not being notified because I can't get the printer online -- the screen on the printer will only show the question mark. I can't access settings and am SO frustrated!! Please help!
I've taken a cartridge out and reset it but now I can't even get that option...I haven't had issues with this printer in the past, bought it new in 2015 but I think the Instant Ink cartridge jacked it up! Are they used?
