print heads don't move when door open

my print heads so not move when door is opened, I tried cleaning them through the app but print quality is still terrible

I'd like to help!

The carriage only moves if the printer is in a printhead error state. If the carriage does not move to the center of the printer when you open the printhead access door, the printheads do not need to be replaced. Replace printheads only when instructed to by error messages on the printer software, control panel, or HP Smart app.
