Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use the HP instant ink service, so I just installed new cartridges.  The problem is that there are horizontal lines across the colored portion of my printed documents that are in a lighter or different color than what they should be.  So, for example, if I am printing a blue Easter egg, there will be horizontal lines through it about 1/2 inch apart that are in a lighter or different color.  

What could be causing this?

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

Try making a standalone copy in color and check if the line persists. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
