Hi @Robertinandon

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your printer might have clogged printheads or empty ink cartridges. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Ink Levels – Make sure your ink cartridges have enough ink. If they are empty or dried out, replacing them might solve the problem.
  2. Run a Printhead Cleaning Cycle – Most HP printers have a built-in cleaning function. You can access this through the printer software on your computer. If you’re unsure how to do this, HP’s support page for your printer model might help here.
  3. Manually Clean the Printheads – If the automatic cleaning doesn’t work, you may need to remove the cartridges and gently clean the printheads with a lint-free cloth and distilled water.
  4. Check for Clogged Nozzles – Sometimes dried ink can block the nozzles. Running a nozzle check or cleaning cycle can help.
  5. Reinstall the Printer Drivers – Even though you’ve already done this, it might be worth trying again, ensuring you’re using the latest drivers from HP’s official website.
  6. Reset the Printer – Turn off the printer, unplug it for a few minutes, and then restart it. This can sometimes resolve software glitches.
