Product: Envoy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Envoy 7640 printer problem with black cartridge.  Every 2nd or 3rd line only prints top half.  Heads have been cleaned several times and alignment prints out as successful.  What am I missing and what do I do now?
