Product: HP printer color laserjet mfp m278-m281
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ever since the last HP update, the printer cannot recognize the ink cartridge levels and does not print. did an uninstall and reinstall for printer ink cartridges. did unplug, wait, then plug back in, during power on and during power off. tried update latest firmware and software drivers. no success.
