PRINTER GT 5822 INK TANK, ALICE IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP,  PLEASE.

NO TUTORIAL, MANUAL, YOUTUBE EXPERT, FORUM HAS BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM IN BRAZIL.

PRINTER IS SQUEAKY CLEAN, CARTRIDGES ARE ORIGINAL AND BRAND-NEW (COST A FORTUNE), INSTALLED RELIGIOUSLY    (STRICTLY) ACCORDING TO HP INSTRUCTIONS.

PRINTER RECOGNIZES THE OLD BLACK CARTRIDGE THOUGH.

SO, THE PROBLEM IS NOT IN THE CONTACT CIRCUIT (PLATE, CHIP, WHATEVER YOU CALL IT).

NEW BLACK CARTRIDGE WORKS IN SOMEBODY ELSE'S PRINTER, SO IT IS ALSO IN PERFECT CONDITION.

WIFI  IS OFF FOR TESTS, OTHERWISE ITS LIGHT KEEPS BLINKING.

BLACK CARTRIDGE ORANGE LIGHT KEEPS BLINKING AND NUMBER ON SCREEN SHOWS ZERO.

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ASKING FOR HELP.

I HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THIS PRINTER TO 4 EXPERTS ON OUT-OF-WARRANTY HP PRINTERS AND IT IS HERE BACK WITH ME.

IT SEEMS TO ME THAT IT IS A PROBLEM OF FOLLOWING STEPS, I JUST DO NOT NOW WHICH ONES.

SO, PLEASE, FIND ME SOMEONE CAPABLE OF SOLVING IT.

When you connect the printer to wi-fi and access printer EWS what error message is for black?

I have not been able to connect it here at this address and I see I cannot solve this problem unless wifi is on.

I am moving out soon, I'll check it when it's on.

Hi, 😞 I've been having problems moving out of this place, so I guess I'll have to try to fix my printer here.

My notebook is Dell Inc. Inspiron 11-3168 / memory 4.0 GiB / processor Intel® Pentium(R) CPU N3710 @ 1.60GHz × 4 / Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 405 (BSW) / disk capacity 1.0 TB / Operational system Linux Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS  64 bits  GNOME 42.5

Yes, I am poor.😬

The problem now is that due to a massive attack of hackers, I had to change from Windows to Linux Ubuntu.

I no longer have Windows in this machine, as I know hackers loathe Linux (and poor people).😈

So, please, I need help to reinstall HP GT 5822 here (no door for CD).😦

I also need to solve the problem of the "black ink cartridge sign blinking".

I tried to print test pages, unsuccessfully.

Would appreciate your earliest reply.🙂
