Product: Envy 4502
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. My HP envy 4502 only has color cartridge at moment. 60% full. No black cartridge is in device at moment. It is saying in single cartridge mode. Have updated printer, driver, cleaned heads, still only putting out blank pages.

If you've tried all the steps, then I would request you insert a black cartridge and see if the issue still occurs.
