I have an Officejet Pro 8610. I purchased new ink, HP, now I am receiving the message "one or more cartridges appear to be damaged". I have removed and reinserted, turned off by removing power cord from printer and outlet and cleaned the contacts on the cartridge. Please help

Try these steps:
Check Cartridge Compatibility
- Ensure you are using the correct HP ink cartridges for your printer model (HP 950/951).
- If you bought third-party or refilled cartridges, try using genuine HP cartridges.
Reinsert the Ink Cartridges
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from power.
- Remove all ink cartridges.
- Wait for 1-2 minutes, then reinsert them one by one, ensuring they click into place properly.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Clean the Ink Cartridge Contacts
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Remove the ink cartridges.
- Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water to clean the gold contacts on the cartridge and inside the printer.
- Let them dry completely before reinserting.
